Pick meeting times

• Administrative meetings on Tuesdays at 7:30
• Work meetings to be picked on Tuesday
• Integration meetings on Sunday afternoons

Plan for the year

• Hardware
  • Get better stop button
  • Move camera higher to be above barriers
• Electrical
  • Want new motors, likely Quicksilver stepper motors
  • Need a GPS; can't afford RTGPS; DGPS is likely (in combination with accelerometer and wheel encoders)
    • Found a $60 Garmin GPS that does much of what we want
    • Need to look into discount/donation
  • Motor controllers:
    • Trying to get some for free
    • Current motors seem very flaky
• Software
  • Wrote a bunch of image recognition code at the competition
  • Need to write path planning stuff
