Administrative meeting and elections

Status Reports

Hardware

  • Need to make a few more cuts in the new frame to be ready to drop in motors and gearboxes

Electronics

  • Encoders have been ordered
  • RS 232 board in progress
  • Have stuff ready to mount on the box

Software

  • Debugged stuff last meeting
  • Ready to test again tonight
  • Did some image AI work

Misc

  • Andy Milluzzi wrote a funding letter

Constitutional Issues

Andy's Proposals

  • Currently doesn't say anything about subteams -- should for election purposes
  • In particular, definition of "active membership" doesn't work well with separate subteam meetings (requires attending 1/2 of all meetings)
  • The constitution currently uses the word "Club" when we are now a "Team"
