Administrative and budget meeting

Mechancial

• Motors and gearboxes will be here on Friday -- will put all motors & gearboxes in the frame this weekend
• Working on building the hubs -- started this weekend (probably one or two done, push for the rest next week)
• New robot will be rolling once the hubs are assembled
• Working on adding another level to the electronics box

Electrical

• Killswitch, motor controller and power distribution boards have been sent to Gary for manufacture -- should be done by Friday
• Fuses and motor controllers have been mounted in the box
  • Will be wired soon
  • Intend to have everything wired by the weekend
• Need to order female headers

Software

• Andy has made progress on image processing
• Issues with GTK+ event loop delay causing motor controller issues solved by moving data processing loop to separate thread
• Began setting up Elphel 353 for streaming video to OpenCV via v4l device
