Administrative meeting 8th week

Mechanical

• All six wheels have been mounted, tested
• Both encoders have been mounted, but have yet to be tested
• Camera has been mounted
  • Needs a flange on the pack so it doesn't slip
• Currently mounting the old battery box for until a new one is built
• Need to work on building a new battery box and

Electronics

• Stuff has been ordered and bought
• Six victors have been acquired
• Working on tuning the motor controllers

Software

• Working on adding graphing of the motor controllers' PID variables to assist the electronics team
• Will get the camera working as a v4l device as soon as the computer is available
• Working on path planning

Misc

• Discussed moving to a different room next year
• Jay is leaving Rose next year
