All-team meeting 2009-12-06

Hardware

• Have done a lot since last meeting
  • Everythign is ready to be mounted
  • All of the plates to mount the caster, motor, cases have been primed; will be painted today
  • This week will mount everything
  • Trenton is helping out the electronics team with mounting things in cases
  • Colin painted the cart

Electronics

• Working on getting casese back together today
• CAN is going to be made today
• Jon Klein is ordering parts, including for CAN and PoE boards

Software

• Done some GUI work
  • Display live data from the MicroStrain
  • Display live data from GPS (untested)
• Have mounted the conputer in the case
• Got image capture working via GStreamer
• Andy has made some progress in getting uncompressed images off of the FPGA

Administrative

• Left a message with 4PCB; they say they sponsor robotics teams
• Dick Boyce is looking into whether we have alumni at any of the touchscreen monitor companies
• Going to have T-shirts made; Ricky Carlson has been working on the design
