Meeting 2009-12-13

Last all-team meeting before winter break

Hardware

• Have the battery plate ready to go
• Encoders ready to be mounted
• Plates on the cases ready to be mounted
• Everything done necessary for movement done by the end of this meeting
• Once have vibration data on mast will design steadycam, order paneling

Electronics

• Working on getting stuff wired
• Need to order boards -- have gerber files made

Software

• Made progress on camera calibration
• Working on CAN interface and Kalman filter

Administrative

• Looking at getting t-shirts ordered, passed around sign-up sheet
  • Either gray or black, with the team logo large on the front
• Have gotten a few sponsorships
  • Advanced Circuits is giving us board manufacture
  • we have been given discretionary money to supplement our SGA funds
  • National Instruments are giving us some equipment, though we likely won't make use of it this year
