All-Team Meeting 2010-05-09

Hardware

• Nick and Cam have gotten nearly all the parts we need for another motor assembly made
  • The plate needs six more holes (to do today)
  • Sprockets need some work (will be in Machine Shop tomorrow afternoon)
  • Encoders will be ordered today

Electronics

• Board to interface the killswitch with the Jaguar controllers needs to be sent out
• Battery charger has come in
• Batteries and new PSU should come in tomorrow
• Next need to work with the hardware team to mount the new batteries (will require rearrangement of some things)
• Tether board has been delayed (can't find Herniter), but will set up a high-power switch to allow

Software

• Collected a bunch of video to play with
• Made progress on the vision code
• No progress on the Kalman filter

Misc

• Our budget was approved in the full amount of $5,900 for next year
• Pick up and fill out a waiver if you are going to the competition
• Looks like we will be able to get 3 rooms at the same Best Western as last year
• Need to figure out who is driving and when we are leaving
